Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on PGAS88. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds across all associated accounts.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number or passport number, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. PGAS88 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
PGAS88 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport, recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months, and any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company.

PGAS88 reserves the right to monitor Account activity and Platform usage to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any suspected breach may result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
PGAS88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
PGAS88 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within a target timeframe of 5 to 15 minutes for standard transactions via DuitNow and FPX. All transactions on the PGAS88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment provider performs currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.

PGAS88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arises.
PGAS88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that:
Upon termination, PGAS88 will process a withdrawal of any verified, unencumbered real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon termination for breach.
